AI can offer a different way to describe your experience. Your job is to decide whether that description is still true to what you did.
When AI is configured in SchoolWhool, Analyze & tailor uses your profile and a selected job description to suggest résumé edits, explain fit and gaps, and draft a cover letter. The output is a starting point for your review.
Check the facts before the phrasing
For every suggested change, compare the new wording to your original. Pay particular attention to ownership, seniority, results, and numbers.

SchoolWhool filters edits that cannot be connected to an exact source passage and edits that introduce unsupported numeric claims. Those checks are useful, but they cannot establish that every sentence is accurate. Your review still matters.
Keep the useful context
A shorter sentence is not always a clearer sentence. If an edit removes an important detail about your role, restore it. If it introduces a skill you do not have, remove it.
For example, “Developed reusable React components with the product team” may be a clearer description of your work than “Worked on frontend tasks.” It is only a useful edit if you really developed those components and collaborated with that team.
Understand what approval means
SchoolWhool preserves your original résumé. You can edit the application materials and review them before approving them. Changes to your profile invalidate earlier approval so that a review does not silently carry over to different information.
Approving materials does not submit an application. Supported Greenhouse forms require a separate final review and approval. Other employer forms open for manual completion.
