Terms of Service

SchoolWhool is operated by GRMD AI Solutions Private Limited, India ("we", "us", or "our"). These terms cover your use of the SchoolWhool website and personal job-search workspace. By using SchoolWhool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What SchoolWhool provides

SchoolWhool helps you discover public job listings, save roles, prepare application materials, track applications, and review recruiter updates. Some features require separately configured providers. Availability can vary with the deployment, provider, and employer's application form.

SchoolWhool is not an employer or a recruitment agency. Listings, keyword scores, and AI assessments do not promise an interview, an offer, or any employment outcome. Sample roles and marketing previews are illustrative and cannot be submitted as real applications.

2. Your account and responsibilities

Use an account you are authorized to access and keep your credentials private. Provide accurate information and only upload material that you have permission to use. You must be legally able to agree to these terms and comply with the rules that apply to your use of the service.

Do not:

• Impersonate someone else or submit false qualifications.
• Access another person's account or workspace without permission.
• Interfere with the service, bypass its security or approval controls, or exploit it to send unauthorized applications.
• Upload unlawful material or infringe another person's rights.
• Use integrations in a way that violates applicable laws or the relevant provider's terms.

3. Your materials and permissions

You retain your rights in the profile, résumé, notes, and application materials you provide. You allow SchoolWhool to store, process, and display them as needed to deliver the features you use. Requesting AI assistance authorizes processing of the relevant profile and role information by the configured AI provider.

Your use of SchoolWhool does not transfer ownership of its software, brand, or website content to you. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights.

4. Reviewing and submitting applications

You are responsible for checking every application for accuracy and completeness. Saving or queueing a job does not submit it. Approval of your résumé and cover letter is separate from approval of an employer form.

For supported Greenhouse forms, final approval authorizes an attempt to submit the exact reviewed form in its active browser session. Unsupported controls and verification challenges may require manual completion. Other employer systems use their own application pages.

SchoolWhool marks an application Applied only after observing confirmation. If a submission is uncertain, check the employer portal or your email before starting a new attempt. Do not assume that a missing confirmation means nothing was sent.

5. AI assistance

AI suggestions can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review them and correct unsupported claims before use. Fit assessments are guidance; they are not an employer's ATS score or a hiring prediction. Our AI Disclosure explains the current features and controls.

6. Connected services

Authentication, AI, Gmail, and employer websites involve third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices. Connecting Gmail authorizes read-only access for manually requested recruiter-message sync. SchoolWhool does not send email. You can disconnect the integration or revoke access through Google.

Subscriptions and payments

When subscription checkout is available, Stripe displays the actual price, currency, billing interval, and payment terms before you confirm a purchase. No subscription is created merely by opening your workspace or clicking a link to review pricing. A confirmed recurring subscription may renew and be charged according to the terms shown at checkout until canceled.

Use Settings → Billing → Manage billing to review invoices, manage payment details, and use the cancellation options offered in Stripe. The portal and your subscription status show when cancellation takes effect. Deleting job-search workspace data does not cancel billing. If you need help with a billing error, cancellation, or refund request, email hello@schoolwhool.com. Any mandatory consumer rights remain applicable; this page does not promise a particular refund entitlement or introduce an additional refund restriction.

7. Availability and limitations

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accurate third-party listings, error-free AI output, or successful submission on every employer form. To the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties are excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Stopping use and workspace deletion

You can stop using SchoolWhool at any time. Settings → Your account → Delete workspace data removes your workspace records and signs you out. This action keeps the authentication account; it is not a deletion request to employers or external providers.

Access may be restricted to address abuse, security incidents, or violations of these terms. Preserve copies of application materials you need independently of the service.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as SchoolWhool changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. Review the current terms when using new features. Any notice or agreement required by applicable law still applies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you. Nothing in these terms removes legal rights that cannot be waived by agreement.
