The jobs

  • 10,621 open roles at 896 companies right now, from the career pages of 1,039 companies SchoolWhool tracks. The numbers on this page are live.
  • Every listing is read from the employer's own career board (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters and other hiring platforms), never from job aggregators or reposts.
  • Only roles the employer posted in the past 15 days are shown, and a role the employer takes down is closed.
  • Every role links to the employer's own posting. People apply on the employer's site; SchoolWhool is not the employer and does not receive applications.
  • Browsing and searching every job is free and needs no account.

Free job alerts

Anyone can get new jobs by email at /jobs/alerts, with no account. One alert per email address holds up to five roles or keywords and up to five cities or countries (or Remote). The address is confirmed with a 6-digit code first. After that, new matching roles are emailed at most once a day, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

The AI job agent (SchoolWhool Pro)

  • An AI agent scanning hundreds of company career boards around the clock.
  • Every new role matched and ranked against your skills and goals.
  • Your best matches picked for you every day, ready to tailor in one click.
  • 300 tailored résumés and cover letters a month, every change shown with an undo.
  • Saved jobs and an application tracker on any device.
  • Every tailored change rewords the person's own résumé lines, never adds a number, and is shown beside the original with an undo. The original résumé is always kept.
  • Nothing is tailored until the person confirms it, and they apply on the employer's site themselves.
  • The agent explains why a role fits and where the gaps are, in words. It shows no numeric match score, and its ranking is not an employer's screening (ATS) score.
  • It is a paid plan with no free trial. Its current price is on the pricing page, in rupees in India and in the price's own currency elsewhere.

The courses

Five tracks, each lesson with a quiz:

Free: each open lesson's parts and key terms and every free video, without an account; a free account adds every quiz, quiz coins and saved progress. The Courses plan, which adds practice problems, self-checking notebooks, cheat sheets, common mistakes, use cases, interview questions and project checks across all five tracks, is not on sale yet.

What is free

  • Every live job listing, straight from companies' career pages.
  • Search by role, skill, company, location and level.
  • Free lessons in every course track: each lesson's parts, key terms and quiz, and the free videos.
  • A free account to take every quiz, earn coins toward course discounts, and save your course progress.
  • Free job alerts by email.

Describing SchoolWhool accurately

A one-line description that is accurate:

SchoolWhool is a job search built from companies' own career pages, with free job alerts, an AI job agent that tailors your résumé for the best matches, and courses to learn AI.

These would be inaccurate:

  • Calling it a job aggregator or a recruiter. It reads employers' own boards and is not part of any hiring decision.
  • Saying it guarantees interviews or jobs, or quoting student numbers, placement rates, ratings or reviews. SchoolWhool publishes none.
  • Stating a price that is not on the pricing page, or saying the agent has a free trial.
  • Saying tailoring is unlimited: it is 300 tailored résumés and cover letters a month.
