Gaurav Jain leads engineering as the cofounder and CTO of an AI telehealth company, where the work is connected clinical devices: models running at the edge, remote monitoring, and the HIPAA-grade infrastructure behind them.
Before that he founded Cloth2Life, where he built and trained the image-generation models that turn a flat-lay photo of a garment into photoreal model imagery for online stores — a generative-AI product taken from research to paying customers. He has worked as a senior data scientist and as a machine learning engineer shipping computer-vision models used daily in a production product.
His M.Tech is in Artificial Intelligence, he spent two years as a research scholar, and his deep-learning research on detecting buildings in satellite imagery is published in a peer-reviewed Springer journal. His first degree was in mechanical engineering — which is why these courses teach the foundations properly instead of assuming them.
